Charges of Smart TV

Smart TV can be obtained by every PTCL user, whether you’re a broadband user or not. However, you’re eligible for discounts if you’re a broadband user.

For users who opt for Smart TV only (without broadband), monthly charges are Rs. 549. For new users with 256k unlimited broadband, smart TV monthly charges are Rs. 525 and for existing users with 256k unlimited broadband, charges are Rs. 525 per month, plus a one-time downgrade charge of Rs. 500.

The video on demand is charged separately and is not included in the monthly charges. For Rs. 299 per month, you can purchase a bundle of 30 movies. For Rs. 149, you can opt for a 10 movie bundle, Rs. 199 for a 15 movie bundle. You can even pay Rs. 25 per movie for 48 hours i.e. you can subscribe to a movie, watch as many times as you like within 48 hours.

There are two basic smart TV PTCL packages:

Standalone Smart TV – Freedom Package

You can enjoy free unlimited on-net calls (PTCL to PTCL & Vfone) and Smart TV at Rs. 699 per month.

Smart TV Package

This PTCL smart tv package is for existing broadband users. Customers will be charged Rs. 449 per month (except for the landline and broadband charges).

Office Locations and Contact Details

With its registered office in Islamabad, and Corporate Customer Centers in Karachi, Islamabad and Lahore, all PTCL inquiries and new orders are taken care of over the phone. Very less often, a customer is asked to visit PTCL office or the telephone exchange.
